Go, Dawg. Go.

I’m gonna start this thing back up again, me thinks. Might be a little boring but thaaaat’s alright. I’ll make sure and include a pretty picture in each one. :P

The re-kickstart of this blog was actually sparked by a comment from an artist. He seems like a great guy and I’m sure we’d get along. This is not bashing him - just more of a “I’ve heard this 50,000 times and now I want to talk about it.” thing.
I often get e-mails from aspiring or established artists with questions about software or whatever. We all learn from each other and it’s a really great thing. I love that about this industry and our openness in helping each other.

Clause:
There’s a huge amount of curiosity for me with someone who, in this day and age says, ” I’ve wondered that for years!!” though. Especially such a well documented thing. There is no reason to wonder practically anything for more than 5 minutes (thank you Google, I love you), let alone years.

I don’t ever tell people what to do but as an artist or competent-persona-seeking person, don’t say crap like this hah. You come across like you can’t troubleshoot, research or figure things out for yourself. I’m not at all taken back by this as much as it seems but it is really curious to me how someone can NOT look something up for several years that has been frustrating them in almost every project they start.
